A 10-year-old girl was admitted to pediatric rheumatology department due recurrent painless lump on her lower lip. Her past medical history revealed that she had the lesions began within last 4 months. The mother stated these started after younger brother born months ago. She presented with same complaint at another center 2 prior, and diagnosed stomatitis related deficiencies of vitamins zinc. Despite oral multi-vitamin zinc supplementation, local steroid anti-mycotic treatments, did not improve.
